When a new workout routine is embarked on an obvious way to check and see if you are starting to see a pay off for all the hard work is to check the good old bathroom weight scale. The very subject of weight or weight loss seems to almost be taboo in most societies especially among friends who are not completely comfortable with each other. If the subject were to come up among acquaintances it is almost always averted. It would be like asking a woman her age. That’s just something you don’t do. However in the privacy of your own home where it is just you and the scale most check their weight and check it often to see if they are indeed making progress in the weight loss fight.

Let me hazard a guess, you’ve tried numerous diet & exercise routines over time? One thing is for sure; you are definitely not isolated. If I had to say, I would guess that your dilemma is devotion. Almost certainly you are lacking it. Now, before you get all huffy & offended, think truly hard. Did you follow the nutrition plan you chose one hundred percent? Or, did you maybe cheat once in awhile, and decide not to exercise on occasion? This is the common mistake of many. If you really wish to begin losing weight fast, you need to be consistent. This is the key to being prosperous in getting rid of fat! You must eat accordingly & exercise commonly. If you don’t, your body will not see the results. It’s as simple as that.
