My Beachbody Coach Experience
Aside from the financial part, being a beachbody coach has many benefits that you might not know or even realize. Lets just say my eyes have been opened on my potential as far as physical fitness. In my opinion the huge financial benefit is just a bonus. I have done a lot of research on physical fitness of all types, and I came to the conclusion that I need to change my own life and that is exactly what I am gonna do.
I was a smoker of 15 years and being a coach really inspired me to live a healthier life…So I quit smoking this morning. I know this wont be an easy feat but I have new found determination and will power and a strong desire to succeed. I have done a lot research on physical fitness of all types, and I came to the conclusion that i need to change my own life and thats exactly what I am gonna do. Quiting smoking is just the first step in the right direction.
Another step I took was starting shakeology. I still can not get over the health benefits of shakeology, I feel better, and more energy. Not to mention that the shakes are excellent when it comes to taste. I have tried both of them and I personaly prefer chocolate but the berry one was pretty good to. Being a beachbody coach I get a 25% discount on shakeology which doesn’t hurt either. If you are interested in finding out more on shakeology, I have other posts that describe it more in-depth.
The next step I will be taking is…I will be starting my p90x workout on Tuesday June 1st. I have heard nothing but good stuff about p90x and i have seen the results from other people. This workout is said to be one of the best and I just have to find out for myself. I have everything I need for my p90x workout and really look forward to starting the workout. But during the course of this week I will be doing some simple stuff just to prepare for p90x. You see I really have not workout much in my entire life and p90x is said to not be for beginners, but I think I can handle it. To make sure, I will be using shakeology, eating right, using the treadmill occasionally, and lightly using the bow flex we have here. This is just so p90x is not such a shock for me. I will be writing up-dated posts quite offton to keep track of my experience, and to share my results with everyone who reads this. I have written other post with more information on p90x if you are interested.
It is definitely time I wake up, I am not a little kid anymore. It is time to put both feet forward in the right direction to living a healthy life. I have always thought about maybe I should workout or maybe I should eat better…I have also said nearly on a daily basis that I should quit smoking. It’s time to stop talking about it and just do it. I am not going to look back but only look forward because tomorrow is another day.
